ArborLoom

⁕ A natural-fiber studio ⁕

ArborLoom

Natural fibers. Finished on order.

A small studio building the wardrobe most brands won't. 100% natural fibers — cotton, linen, hemp, wool. No polyester. No deadstock. No closet of guesses.

01What we are

The wardrobe most brands won't make.

ArborLoom is 100% natural-fiber clothing — organic cotton, linen, hemp, wool — finished only after you order it.

Made-on-demand apparel for people who refuse synthetic fabric on their skin. No warehouse of unsold pieces in your size. No “sustainable” line that's secretly 40% recycled polyester.

Trees grow.
Looms weave.
We wait for you to choose.

The first fabric humans loved. We still do.

⁕ A note on waste ⁕
03How it actually works

Most fashion has two waste problems. We solve the second.

Problem 1 — Material

Making the fabric itself.

Better brands fix this with organic cotton, recycled fibers, certified mills. We honor that work — and source from those same blanks.

Problem 2 — Speculation

Finishing thousands no one ordered.

Even “sustainable” brands fill warehouses on guesses. ~30% of all garments made are never sold. ArborLoom holds zero finished inventory.

We work from a shared pool of certified natural-fiber blanks — produced once, efficiently, by suppliers who serve small studios worldwide. When you order, we finish the piece, pack it, and send it directly. Nothing about your garment existed in our system before you chose it.

One waste problem solved completely is more honest than two waste problems half-solved.

05The path forward

A studio, not a mill. We'll show the journey.

We're a studio, not a mill. As we grow, we'll move closer to the fiber — eventually to dedicated natural-blank partners, eventually to traceable organic cotton, eventually to our own finishing studio.

We'll show the journey here, with dates and trade-offs. We will never pretend we're further along than we are.

01

Now

Certified natural-fiber blanks, finished on demand.

02

Next

Dedicated blank partners. Fiber traceability for cotton & linen.

03

Then

Our own finishing studio. Direct relationships with mills.

06A note from the founder

ArborLoom is a small studio, kept deliberately small so every piece can be checked, named, and sent by someone who cares about where it's going.

I started this because I got tired of brands that say natural in the headline and 60% recycled polyester in the small print. I wanted a wardrobe where the answer to what is this made of? was short.

Your piece is finished close to where you live — through a network of natural-fiber blank suppliers and finishing partners across Europe and North America. No transcontinental shipping. No warehouse you're paying to keep open.

I'm building this in the open. The first pieces ship soon. If that's the kind of wardrobe you've been looking for, I'd love to know you're out there.
